How To Engrave Metal Keychains？

Step 01.

Talk to our onlie service about your idea.
Show us your design or sample.

Step 02.

Inform us what is the size you would like,if your not sure,we can give suggestion. And let us know how many units you want do.
 
For customized items,the more the cheaper.Small order and big order,request same work and almost same time,then each piece will share less cost for big order

Step 03.

Then we will check out the price base on the material,how our workers will do it,how much time will take.

Step 04.

Once we received your payment,we will make artwork free for you before we start working on it.
If 2D simple design,we will show colorfull 2D artwork;If hard 3D design,our mold designer will do high relief 3D mock up for you.

Step 05.

Artwork confirmed,then we start working on it. Mostly 8-12days for production. If big quantity,we will make one sample to check first,around 7days.

Step 06.

All finished,then we will arrange shipping to your warehouse and inform you tracking number for the packages.

    Usually, we offer free stock samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.

  • Q How to pay express charges if ordering samples?

    If you have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account,then no need to pay,we will send by your account. If you do not have courier account,you can pay by paypal or on our online store,then we will send samples immediately.

  • Q If need to pay sample charges?

    Stock samples for free,if customized design,then pay the mold cost for us

  • Q Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ?

    Yes,but may cost a bit more expensive

  • Q Can you provide OEM service?

    Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing and your logo will be customized on our products.

  • Q Shipping Method and Shipping Time?

    1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 3-7 working days.
    2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.
    3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days.
    4. Agent appointed by clients.

  • Q If we want to reorder same keychain,will charge the mold cost again?

    No.if same design same size,we can re-use the old mold.then won;t charge again.

  • Q Can do with my design?
