A Usually, we offer free stock samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.

Q How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
A If you have DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account,then no need to pay,we will send by your account. If you do not have courier account,you can pay by paypal or on our online store,then we will send samples immediately.

Q If need to pay sample charges?
A Stock samples for free,if customized design,then pay the mold cost for us

Q Can we order the Quantity lower than your MOQ?
A Yes,but may cost a bit more expensive

Q Can you provide OEM service?
A Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing and your logo will be customized on our products.

Q Shipping Method and Shipping Time?
A 1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 3-7 working days.
2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.
3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days.

Q If we want to reorder same keychain,will charge the mold cost again?
A No.if same design same size,we can re-use the old mold.then won;t charge again.

A Yes,show me your logo,will check our the cost and show you a rough design in 24 hours.

A Normally one week.

A Normally 12-15days for production,then 5-7days for shipping by air.

Q How if we are not satisfed with the product?
A Normally won't happen that,we will show design and similar sample before production.Won't do anything before you giving us the confirmation.
If any changes during the production,also will check with you first.So no problem for designs.
