A pin badge, an emblem worn as a sign of rank, office, or membership in an organization, or as an award of honor, is worn on the coats, jackets, t-shirts, or business suits. Having a unique and eye-catching pin badge will help you stand out in a good way.

Pin badges, according to their usage, are generally classified as brooches, lapel pins, name badges and security badges. A brooch, normally with fashion and unique designs, is a decorative jewelry item designed to be attached to garments. A lapel pin has a relatively strong promotional role, and its surface can be printed on the company’s logo or cartoon image or the like. A name badge is a rectangular ID card that shows your picture, basic information about you like first name, last name, company name, job title etc. A security badge is relatively large, with a large clip, hanging on the neck, put in the wallet or hanging on the belt. It can display your position and department.

Pin badge can be divided into stamping badges, soft enamel pins, hard enamel pins, screen printing and epoxy pins according to their production methods.

Crafted from zinc alloy, our die cast badges have a highly polished finish, a silky feel and a sleek, modern look that makes use of clean lines and defined recesses. We can also provide you with 3D effects, if you like, give you a visual enjoyment and user experience. Soft enamel pins are die struck and feature raised metal borders separating all their solid color fills. Ideal for designs or logos with solid colors, the enamel can be Pantone matched to make sure your design looks exactly how you imagine. They are the best pin type for designs that have defined and clearly separated colors. Hard enamel pins are first filled in with color, then the pin’s face is ground down to be flat and smooth. The biggest difference between hard and soft enamel is the finished texture. Hard enamel pins are flat and smooth, and soft enamel pins have raised metal edges. Both   methods use the same metal molds, and both will have bright and vibrant colors. Printing badges can be divided into screen printing, offset printing and digital printing. Logo or texts can be printed on the surface of these pin badges. Screen printing badges are mainly used for simple graphics and fewer colors. After the coloring of the epoxy pin is completed, its surface will be covered with a layer of transparent epoxy to protect the inner layer of color. The arch up transparent original top effect can also increase the aesthetics.
